Lisa B. Schaaf
OMA Chief Operating Officer
Responsibility: Provide overall direction for the Workers' Compensation Services programs of the OMA

Lisa Schaaf has served as the COO of the OMA since 1994, with primary responsibility for managing the OMA Workers’ Compensation Group Rating Program. Through her experience in directing all aspects of Group Rating marketing and program management, she has gained significant understanding of what manufacturers require in an effective workers’ compensation program. As COO, Lisa continues to have overall product improvement responsibility for all workers’ compensation services.

Dennis M. Davis

Workers’ Compensation Services
Primary Responsibility: Actuarial and rating services

Denny Davis is a familiar name to OMA group members. From 1976 to 2002 Denny supported the OMA Workers’ Compensation program as an employee of the OMA’s TPA partners. Denny also served on the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation committee that developed rules and regulations for the group rating system following legislation in 1989.
Denny has provided actuarial services for the OMA plan since its inception in 1991.

Georgia L. Booth

Primary Responsibility: Assist employers with claims management

Georgia Booth has extensive experience in delivering workers’ compensation services; she has worked in the industry for more than 30 years. Her roles have included TPA management, hearing representation, and developing claims cost savings strategies for employers. Her experience comes from working within several large and small TPAs in Ohio. Her interest is in helping employers save time and money and facilitating positive outcomes.

Sam Heydinger

Primary Responsibility: Member services and customer relationships

Almost all OMA’s members who purchase workers’ compensation services have talked with Sam Heydinger! Sam’s customer service skills have earned him an important role as a primary contact for members. Sam joined the OMA team in 2007 and has extensive experience in customer service and relationship management. Sam is continually building his knowledge of OMA members and of how all the OMA services solve specific customer needs.

Jay Kemo

Account Manager
Primary Responsibility: Assist employers with claims management

Prior to joining the OMA, Jay Kemo served as a Customer Care Representative and as an Assistant Risk Manager, Workers’ Compensation Actuarial & Underwriting for Ohio-based TPAs. He brings to the OMA a full understanding of workers’ compensation claims management as well as a rich background in group rating cost analysis.  Jay earned his MBA from Ashland University in 2005 and thus brings a particularly unique and deep skill set to workers’ compensation management for his clients.

Barbara J. Raduege

Primary Responsibility: Assist employers with claims management

Barbara Raduege brings more than 25 years of experience working in many facets of workers’ compensation claims management for several large Ohio TPAs as an Account Manager and Rate Analyst. Barb prides herself on her excellent communication skills. She is eager to put her experience and qualifications to work for OMA.

Primary Responsibility: Member services and customer relationships

Greg Vergamini’s voice is the one our members and manufacturers hear when they have questions and need advice about how to solve workplace problems. Greg has worked for the OMA since 2000. His first role at the OMA was as lobbyist in the Public Policy group with responsibility for environmental and energy issues. Currently, he spends his time helping members achieve their aims through all OMA products and services.
